It’s a hot day you reach into your lunch bag or your purse and grab your scrumpdillyish ORANGE! You are so very excited to peel it and quench your thirst for and that sweet tooth you had! Im talking a Florida grown orange which are superb!!!

HMM…WHERE ARE THE FRUITS’ REAL NUTRIENTS STORED?
I went to the College of Integrated Medicineowned by the National College of Oriental Medicine, and they gave me an extensive set of questions, and they utilized these questions to determine my acupuncture and nutritional needs.
And did acupuncture resulting in their also telling me that i needed to change and eat a certain type of foods. One of those foods were to EAT the Orange Peels and Apple peels! So I googled (went to www.google.com AND typed in the search box the words “benefits of the orange peel”) to find out the different to ways to consume the orange peel.
